Is this a Chromebook? If it is I have seen the hard drive ribbon cable come undone on these a lot. If it isnt check your connection or the hard drive could be dead.

Drive may be dead?Loose connections?OS not installed?OS Corrupted?No RAM?If you can boot into BIOS, than the motherboard’s okay. Try booting from a USB, or reinstalling the OS.
