My iPad mini has never been used since 2017. It had problems charging when it worked it has a hole in the screen when I tap the screen had a dim flicker and stoped the battery logo will go black and gone back go black and come back etc. it makes ticking noises when I put it to my ear. And the port wobbles and has problem charging and it acts normal again flashing and ticking went but stuck on battery flashing when plugged is the port loose it keeps on showing that is plugged in and then it will say it’s not.

@toothyhtf123 okay so you got a whole bunch of things going on here. First your screen needs to be replaced, second your port needs to be replaced. For that you will need to get a new lightning connector flex cable. It requires to be soldered to the logic board. So you will need to know how to solder some pretty thin stuff etc., (consider using a microsolder specialist for that work). Third I would recommend that you also replace the battery. It is possible that since this battery have been drained for a long time, it will no longer hold a sufficient charge. Since you are already doing a bunch or repairs, might as well replace it now.
