No sound; picture on all channels. Mute is not on
Sometimes the audio gets tricked into thinking that something is plugged into to the headphone jack. Try plugging in a headphone or auxiliary cable to the jack and then remove it after a few seconds and see if the audio menu comes on the screen. If it does you may need to select the speakers as the output. Hope this helps.
