Do I have to have my tablet repaired or is there something I can do? Have tried the factory reset, as well as starting with vol. up & on/off buttons pressed; no change. Checked headphones in other devices and they work.
it may be that your head phone jack is faulty and so are the speakers, has the tablet been dropped?
