Hi, Ouch. Horizontal lines usually indicate a faulty LCD panel. Vertical line(s) could be either a faulty tcon board or Tab connections to the panel.
The tape that holds the LED’s in place may have dried up and loosened (that’s what happened to my Samsung) New tape will fix he problem.
Did you fix it by any chance? I’m having the same issue.
