Hi @Joseph Lang After 2 years of non use or recharging, there’s a fair chance that the battery has become depleted beyond recovery and would need to be replaced. Start by replacing the battery and then check. What is the model number of the JBL headphones? Search on YouTube for JBL (insert model number) battery replacement or JBL (insert model number) disassembly to hopefully find a video that shows how to either replace the battery or how to open the headphones so that the battery can be accessed and replaced. Usually the video will show the battery so that the battery model number on the battery can be seen. If so search online for the battery model number to find suppliers that suit you best.
