When I enter my sim card from my phone over to my tablet my tablet is saying to enter sim card.. Then it will say to restart tablet which i do bit when it comes back in it still says to insert sim card
Hi @lilmama213 , Just verifying that the SIM card is compatible with the tablet. A sm-211 tablet requires a micro SIM card (you didn’t specify the model) and the contacts are face down, notched corner end of card in first when inserted with the tablet in the normal position i.e. screen facing up. There are 3 sizes of SIM cards, nano, micro and standard. Just double checking ;-) Can you try another known working SIM card in the tablet, just in case there is a compatibility problem between the SIM card and the tablet?
This is a tablet, sim cards are only availabe for phones
