I Installed An 8Gb 2Gb Now My Mac Restarts On Its Own Macbook Pro 13 Unibody Mid 2012

I installed one 8gb ram stick in one slot and left 2gb in the other. Now when i turn my mac on it restarts its self over and over. How do i fix this?

I’m not sure its because you have an 8gb +2gb. What speed / brand did you put in the laptop. This generation MBP is extremely sensitive to speed/brand. For example I had problems with some 1600mhz Corsair brand RAM.
