Hi, Research online shows that the Zircon 150cc engine may be a GY6 model engine, made by SLI. If it is, here’s a link to the service manual Scroll to Section 5 Fuel System Troubleshooting (p.57/200 in the document) and see if that is any help. If it’s not that model engine, apologies.
