I just replaced my black ink cartridge and my computer says there is still has low ink. how do i reset ink reading
Hi Denise, First question, was the ink refilled or did you purchase an original black cartridge (Model number 74)? To reset the ink levels, follow these steps: Make sure the printer is on.Pull the power cord from the printer.Pull the power cord from the wall.Wait 30 seconds.Plug the printer in and turn it on.
