I had purchased a new screen assembly from this site and the digitizer does not work after installing it. Over the years I have done many iPhone repairs and I know the proper procedures and I’m wondering if I just have a defective part.
Hello KDupuis2470 , Yes unfortunately on ocassion, some digitizers will fail. If you are intrested, email iFixit regarding your issue and they will respond accordingly , with a return number and instruction. Best Wishes, Jordan
