When I turn the laptop on, and I enter the password, I know it’s correct, it says “welcome” like it’s letting me log in but then it says its incorrect. Tried again several times. So frustrated! I can’t reset the password because my mother and I share the laptop and I’m not allowed to reset the password. What else should I do?!
