My friend gave me a phone and it’s asking for the google email address and password but I have no idea Whats his information and I don’t think he even knows I need help please!!
Here’s what you need to do: Turn the phone off.Press and hold Volume up and Power buttons until the reset interface appears on the screen.Touch the desired language.Touch wipe data/factory reset.Touch Yes – delete all user data.The phone will now wipe all contents.Touch reboot system now When it is done, you will need to enter your Gmail address and password. You must sign into your Google account to use the phone. Hope this helps!
