Hit to insert another list item, and twice in a row to end the list. To get subitems, repeat the bullet character once for each level of indent you want (e.g. ##)

It is repairable, however it does involve some micro-soldering. If you don’t have experience replacing parts on logic boards then I wouldn’t make this your first foray into it. My suggestion is to find a local technician who does logic board rework and ask if he’d be willing to do it. Then you’d likely have to order the part for him as you aren’t likely to find someone who has this part in stock.
