I put an new display on my iPhone 7 and I stripped a few screws and finally got them out. I bought a bunch of replacement screws and I think I put the longer screws in. As a result the screws come through the screen! Is there a easier fix for this than changing the whole dang screen?!! If you look closely you can see little white circles. I believe the screw was too long or too right is there like a filler of some black stuff I can inject in it to hide it? I’m trying refurbish the phone and sell it.
No. You need to replace the screen and put in the correct screws in. Unless you want to live with it.
Try with black rubber glue like T7000
