I have a LG stylo 6 and I didn’t drop it or anything I have had it for about a year now and yesterday it was on 16% and as soon as i looked at it again like 2 seconds later it said 1% power off I put it on the charger and it wasn’t charging and it isn’t turning on anymore I left it on the charger from a little after mid day yesterday till today like around 5 or 6 pm and it is still not charging or turning on and I have my life saved on the phone so I’m trying to save it can anyone help
Hi, Replace the battery and check if that resolves the problem. Replacement batteries are available online. Just search for BL-T48 battery to find suppliers that suit you best.
