Broke iPhone 8 screen after dropping it. Ordered a new screen replacement off eBay and repaired the screen. Now when charging it will only show the black battery that is charging and sometimes when I charge it on a different day it will show the Apple logo then go back to the black screen with the battery charging. Is the screen replacement the issue? I replaced the battery not too long ago.
I would try connecting to iTunes and giving it a restore, but that still might not work. Not sure why a screen replacement would do that. Perhaps try a different screen? Not completely sure if those would work, but worth a shot!
