Hello, I mistakenly removed the charging port while trying to remove the charger. So I opted to have it replaced. After the replacement, some parts of the screen wont work properly like while trying to type, some characters will not even press. This kept on and even expanding to the point that only a vertical line about the width of my thumb press will work. I dont know if replacing the screen will fix the problem or is it a problem with the charging port. I’ll like to know before I purchase a replacement screen. Thanks in advance.
Replace the Digitizer. If you’re still getting a picture then the problem lies within the Digitizer. I would recommend that you purchase the glass and digitizer already put together as its hard as a motherfu**er to adhere them.
