Chosen Solution
I had to change my screen and i got an OLED screen. Now it keeps restarting every 5-10 seconds. I reset my phone to factory and it kept restarting and didn’t get through the reset until i removed the screen and turned it on with the screen off. Now it starts up to the hello screen but restarts every 5-10 seconds now. So i am not sure if i just got the wrong screen or if there could be something wrong with the screen that is shorting out.
You probably damaged some kind of circuit board or your OEM-kinda screen is interfering with orginal parts/instruction-on-the-chips or your recent hardware change triggered somekind of security thing an now it is bamboozled. I am by no means aiPhone (or any apple thing) master but keep the orginal hardware as a tip.
I replaced the oled screen with an lcd screen and it seems to work fine now.
