HI I replaced my wifi antenna and flex cable and now my phone wont charge. what did I do wrong? please help!!
Have you tried connecting it to computer and see if it detects via iTunes? Also make sure to toggle the vibrate switch in case the phone is on but no display. There are a few causes of no power / display on iPhone:
- Backlight blown, which occurs when screen is plugged in with battery still connected to board.
- Long screw damage. Putting a longer screw in the wrong screw hole for the screen metal cover for screen connectors. No backlight can be tested by shining flashlight on screen when turning it on and looking for the dim apple logo at the middle of the screen.
