It stopped on the name and refuse to turn off or turn fully on ..I tried to take the battery out.. it turned off. but when I tried to turn it on it made the same things. And I did it like 4 times it still won’t working. What should I do???
It seems to be frozen or in a bootloop. You need to try to put it in recovery mode. Turn the device off, press and hold Volume up key and Power key for about 10 seconds. Release all buttons when you see Android System Recovery. Use volume to highlight an option and power to select. Let me know if that works.
