Chosen Solution
I acidentally soaked my I phone in the water and it does not turn on even after drying it the whole day in the Sun. But When i Charge it it shows the Apple logo indefinitely and never turn on. On connecting it to my labtop it boots again and again… but iTunes cannot detect it. Please help me as to how can i fixed it???

The repetitive booting is indicative of a damaged battery (usually the first to go with water damaged), follow the guide, replace the battery, and pray there are no shorts ;)
