Chosen Solution
Many people have this problem. You cant end a call nor can you use the dialing numbers. Sugestions are reboot-install new software- remove plastic cover etc. But it is just cleaning the sensor!!!!
Has this phone been repaired?
I cut my screen protector away from the area where the proximity sensor is, and it cured it for me after years of annoyance!
