hi. I have a panasonic tx55cx400b and after 2 3 min I switch on the display come off and I have just sound . The remote is working just for on/off. Any ideea?
@dany29317 this sounds like a backlight issue. Once your display is black and you have sound, darken the room and shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen. Let us know if you can make out shapes, silhouettes etc. on the screen. If so, it is your backlight that turns off. Most commonly would be a failed LED backlight strip. If you cannot then there is a chance this could be related to your main board or your T-con board. You would have to remove the back cover from your TV and check all the boards.
