Chosen Solution
There’s a green button on one side that allows you to release the rollers and clean them. There’s an arm on the other side of the rollers that I am now finding dislodged and hanging down. It looks like it’s missing something that held it in place. I’ve found it all the way out and pointed behind so that the roomba is actually tilted up. Then it gets stuck under everything. Not sure where to go to get this fixed.
