I Took Apart My Ps4 And Cleaned It Now The Screen Wont Turn On Playstation 4

Hi I took apart my PS4 as the thing was suffocating and when I put it back together it doesnt show up on screen, my controller wont connect and when I try to turn it off it beeps 3 times like when u try to eject a disc but nothing is in the tray I have cheecked connections and have no idea whats wrong plz help Padraig

look inside the HDMI port, does it look damaged
