I took video shots and want to download them to my computer as pictures. How can I do that?
You can only download the file as it exists on the camera. I suggest you download the video file to your computer, then use a video editing program to excerpt the still shots you want. There are several out there – some free for limited use. I use Videopad and Wondershare. Good luck, Russ
