the ribbons are completely apart up where the camera is . How can I repair this and would this not make the phone not work
Only way I know to repair something like this is to.replace the damaged ribbons. And since most of us can’t solder that precisely that mean whatever it was attached to will have to be replaced most likely as well. As to whether or not the phone will still work… really depends on what they attach to. I accidentally tore a small ribbon connector in my old phone when replacing the battery. It was for the wireless charging. Figured oh well I’m not using that anyways it’ll be fine. Nope. Battery temp sensor was on it. Couldn’t charge the phone. Can you tell what they were attached to?
