If you are Registrated with a google Account you can Reset the Phones Password by using the Google Account. If you dont know the Passwort from the Google Account can only Hard Reset the Phone. Turn the Phone Off Start it by Pressing Volume Up + Power Button für about 15 Seconds, then you can select “factory Reset” by using the Vol Up and Down Buttons, and Agree with the Power Button. All of your Data will be erased.
