Yesterday the mouse wire stopped working properly. I can’t even fix it by joining the wires with another usb cable i had at home. So, i tried using soldering iron and this happened. I am a newbie in soldering. I may have burnt the pcb. Are there any chance of fixing it?

I’m not sure it’s burnt? It’s hard to tell from the picture, but it looks more like the solder pad might have gotten pulled up. It’s not an uncommon thing. And it’s fixable, but it’s going to take some doing. I would try cleaning up the area as best you can. Flux and some addition solder will help. Then isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab so get a good look at the PCB. If the pad is pulled,, you’ll need to find the trace it connected to and scrape some up, then solder a jumper wire to that. That would also go for a burnt PCB, depending on how deep the burn goes, but I don’t see that often. Pulled solder pads are much more common. It would also help to know what the end goal is. You’re trying to solder wires here?
