Hi, I tried using software (I think FonePaw or such) to unlock my old Galaxy S5 (SM-G900T1) to access the old photos and videos. But it got stuck in between and now the phone doesn’t turn on, except when I press the 3 buttons (power + home + down sound). And when it does, it simply shows (the image below) and then quickly shuts off every time.

Please tell there’s a way to fix this, and also save my pictures and videos! Thanks!

I take it you do not remember your account and password for the phone? Try looking for saved passwords in your pc, firefox, settings saved logins for example.On a samsung you can also follow the advice here
