my rca tablet is struck. I did all the motions to reset . didn’t know I need the keyboard. thought I could use the touch screen. can’t get pass the rca writing with the press f12 or esc
Hi, Not sure if this will work, but worth a try anyway. Connect a USB keyboard via an OTG cable -example only and see if that allows you to gain access to the tablet. At least until you don’t need to use it. If the touchscreen doesn’t work to allow you to navigate through the tablet, swap the USB keyboard for a USB mouse and use that to navigate through the tablet. Be aware that the tablet will be supplying power to the keyboard (or mouse), so it may run down quicker than normal, (don’t let it get too flat before recharging the battery). Also be aware that not all USB keyboards will work via an OTG cable connection to an Android device. I have not found a reason why some do and some don’t.
