the power button is not switching on the tab and the volume control is not working also.
Hi @olami , Do you mean that the tablet turns off or just that the screen turns off? If the screen turns off , go into settings and find the display time out setting and adjust it to suit whatever time you want. If the tablet turns off, try using it with the power adapter connected and see if the tablet stays on
