I have a problem with My Sony Bravida XH90 (in US it’s X900h I think) I want to wallmount it, need to remove 4 screws from the back. I can remove 3 of them, the fourth One is just spinning in place and cant be removed.. can I remove the back panel somehow? Because it seems to be stuck in the plastic on the backpanel somehow.. Sony themself dont know the answer to this… their support in Sweden is quite useless.. I would be real happy for Any help :) Thanks.
If there’s a threaded steel receptacle in the TV back for the screw you’re trying to remove, it might have broken free and be spinning with the screw. If you’re careful, you might try using a flat blade screwdriver as a lever under the screw head, or a pair of pliers, to pull on the screw head away from the TV hard enough to keep the receptacle still as you try to turn the screw out of it. You’ll have to be careful to pull hard enough to remove the screw but not so hard that you damage anything. Good luck in any case!
