Ice Maker Is Not Getting Water Dispenser Is Kitchenaid Icemaker

I have replaced the Whole Ice tray mechanism and the optic boards, Water has always come out of the water dispenser, but still no water to the ice tray. doesn’t seem water line is frozen, replaced water filter also
