I know I have asked this question before but can my iPhone 5 be fixed because after I threw it at the cupboard in the classroom I was in at college the lcd screen popped up and the device wouldn’t switch on even when my friend tried to charge it I am scared incase I have broke the proximity sensor This is how it happened on May 21st 2015
- Battery is at 50%
- I plug my wire into the device to charge it
- The screen goes blank almost like the battery is gone
- I throw it at the cupboard and the lcd screen pops up
You are using the phone the wrong way. If you do plan to throw it at people and things, you need a very good case, like an Otter case or a Spigen case. In any event, you will have to have to open up your phone to see what damage you have done to it. Since it is an iPhone 5, the retail price USD is around $200. If it is a screen, it is worth repairing. Anything else, forget about it, and get a new phone. Woot.com is selling pre-scratched and pre-dented phones for cheap if you are into a replacement. https://electronics.woot.com/offers/appl… It says its for Verizon, but it is unlocked for all GSM carriers (not for Sprint).
