@j45 possibly. This “dropped my phone in water " will always be one of the bigger problems. The more you mess with it right now, or have someone try to repair it that does not know how to do it, the greater your chance of losing everything on your phone. I would suggest that you contact somebody that specialize in this type of repair, like @refectio Hopefully you have a backup of your files either on iTunes or iCloud.
