Hi there, I bought a replacement battery for my MBP retina mid-2012 from ifixit around mid-June 2020. Replaced it myself and no issues whatsoever in the beginning. However, the last week or so, I realise the battery is losing charge quicker than normal. Check coconutBattery and realise that battery health is already 91% after less than 3 months of usage. Is this normal for a replacement battery? Thanks
Every battery is going to break down over time. Some batteries degrade faster than others. Maybe you just got unlucky and got a battery that degrades faster than others. Just try to live with it or maybe asking for a replacement(?). Hope this helps.
