I have bought “iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit - Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit” in order to change my XPS 13 9350 battery. I successfully open the bottom case and able to open 2 screws at the right part of the battery. But I could not open the 2 screws on the left part of the battery (please see attached file with circle in red color). I have tried all head styles of iFixit, but none can open the screws. Appreciate any help. Thanks
You don’t seem to have uploaded an image so it’s a little hard to tell, but according to the guide they should just be regular Phillips head screws. It’s possible they got stripped if too much torque was applied, can you try uploading or linking an image again?
The guide in step #7 is showing this as a small Phillips: Dell XPS 13 Battery Replacement But if it id really stuck you may have to use extractor pliers. Screw Extracting Pliers
