Chosen Solution
Hello everyone I am an owner of imac 27 2011 with dead 6970m 1gb gpu. I am wondering is it possible to replace this gpu with gpu from lower imac models? E.g. 6750m or 6770m. Or even 5750/5670/4670 from 2010 imac or 4850 gf9400/gt120/gt130 imac 2009? Because spent $300 for an other used 6970 gpu looks not very good idea as for me. Especially I am not needed in 3d graphics.
