i tried restoring my imac, it was all okay it came up with the OS X utilities , i try to reinstall OS X yosemite i enter my apple id and it keeps coming up with ’temperalily unavalaible’ i tried playing around with the disk utilities but i noticed on the left it doesnt come up with ‘Macintosh HD’ its only this ‘1 TB ST3100052BAS Media’ ‘Mac OS X install ESD’ a greyed out ‘superdrive’ no disks, i just forgot my password and done it the most difficultest way please help asap, i kinda needa return it tomorrow..
