Why hot air coming from fam and laptop get heat
Because it has to shed the CPU’s heat somehow. It is good that it is venting hot air. If it was not venting, then the laptop works overheat.
The fan is output. To feel heat from it is a good thing as it means it is doing its job correctly. If it is concerning try cleaning it out and applying a bit more, fresh, thermal paste.
