Hi everyone, Please help me. I thought, once I entered recovery mode, I will use Wipe Cache to reset my Nexus 5X. When I enter this mode, I do not get anything like that. I use the following guide to access the recovery mode: https://techshali.com/enter-recovery-mod… I am sure these options should be there in the recovery. I have to flash custom restore or anything that could be done. Any help is appreciated
Almost sounds like you are getting the “No Command” android guy:
From this point you would hold down the power button and press volume up. Then you would enter the recovery menu where you can factory reset the device.
