Yes, I noticed that is impossible. I would know if someone tried a valid software that exporting and importing Apps from iOS 9.3.5 (and over, for example iOS 10). I would exporting an IPA file from my iPhone 4S that has 9.3.5, but I can’t with copytrans.

iOS Apps can only be installed either directly from the Apps Store or via a backup via iTunes or iCloud. In any case you need to be using the same user account the app was bought with.
