Hello I have this logic board (emc2351) which is completely dead, I was looking through all the components for continuity with my multimeter and this capacitor seems dead. What does it do and where can I find one to replace it? It says 014 pc 39 16 and is located right on top of the ram on the bottom of the card
Hi, I assume that you have a 820-2879-B board. How are you checking for continuity? Capacitors shouldn’t have continuity, as they do not allow DC current to flow through. Can you send a picture of the capacitor you’re talking about?
