Hi @Nicky Lyddon What is the model number of the TV? Some things to check: Is the TV connected to the internet? If so try disconnecting it from the internet and see if it still happens Try removing the batteries from the TV remote control and then check if it occurs, just in case it is a remote control unit problem. Also if it still happens with the remote disabled, try covering the IR window in the bezel below the screen (look in the user manual to find out where you should point the remote to on the TV) just in case there is something else triggering the TV via IR (infra red) Check if there are any “timer” options in the TV menus that may have been set. This may sound odd, but do you have “off peak” electricity supply option in the premises? If so, off peak power supplies use control tones superimposed over the power supply to turn on the power to those appliances that are connected to the off peak power circuit in the premises e.g. hot water storage heaters, so that they operate at a reduced power cost and usually this is done in the low demand times. Sometimes these tones can interfere with other appliances. They shouldn’t affect the TV as it should be designed for this not to happen to it. If nothing is found as to why this happens then you may just have to turn off the power at the wall outlet (or unplug the TV), if access is convenient that is.
