Hello. My ink carriage will not move so I can change the ink cartridges. I pressed the “Stop” button like the manual says for 6 seconds but it says “invalid operation” and doesn’t move. Thanks for helping!
Open up the lid, power it up, wait for it to do it’s back and forth thing. When it stops, pull it genlty with your hand into desired position. (sounds like brute-forcing it, but it worked for me, i used to have the same one) Printers can be (and will be) the dumbest, less cooperative machines. Treat it like it deserves ;)
