The message says the printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. I uave done everything HP told me to do and I still have this error. It looks like the black ink spilled inside the printer. Xan I have this repaired or should I just get a new printer. I have already tried to clean all of the ink out but I can’t reach inside to get it all out.
