I used ifixit.com to help me install a new hard drive in my mac book pro a1226, but now when I try to re-install the operating systems it wont work. I dont know what to do.
Can you give more details about what exactly isn’t working? What steps are you taking and where are things breaking down?
I replaced my hard drive in MacBook but I do not have the operating disc. will I be able to get the operating system from the old hard drive as a external hard dive ?
I’m operating my mac off the old hard drive as an external one. the new one that I installed will not reconize the operating system from external one. I do not have the start up disc. how do I get the operating system to my new hard drive?
