You’re between a rock and a hard place here ;-{ I would start off reviewing Jawbones site for help in isolating the problem: Big JamBox - Support See if you can resolve your problem this way first. The firmware updates may help. Jawbone is in the middle of a corporate shakeup so getting your JamBox repaired via them may not be possible. I would try contacting them here: Contact to see if they can either offer repairs or aim you to someone who can.
